Retail Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Training Manager to join our Training & Heritage department. Reporting to the Chief Training & Heritage Officer, you will shape the global client experience by designing and delivering training programs for Ambassadors and Sales Associates across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional trainers and local retail teams to create inspiring, brand‑consistent training curricula.
• Develop product training content in collaboration with merchandising to empower sales staff.
• Lead induction programs, from market rollout to implementation and follow‑up.
• Conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions with local training partners.
• Oversee the deployment and evolution of e‑learning modules for client‑facing tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of training development experience within international luxury brands.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt to cultural differences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, solution‑oriented, and creative.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
