Training Manager – International Training & Education

About the role

Give Back Beauty is seeking a Training Manager to strengthen its International Training & Education Department. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that convey brand culture, product knowledge, selling techniques and customer experience across a diverse portfolio of luxury and beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative training programs using presentations, booklets, digital learning modules and video content.
• Create comprehensive training briefs from concept through implementation, including structure, storytelling, visual and video research, activities and learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regional markets, external agencies and brand partners to ensure training aligns with each brand’s identity, positioning and business objectives.
• Maintain consistency and relevance of training materials across multiple formats and delivery channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training programs.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for the beauty, fashion or luxury sector.
