Quality Analyst – Safer Gaming

About the role

Betclic is looking for a Quality Analyst to join the Safer Gaming Operational Excellence team. You will help protect players, especially minors and those at risk, by ensuring daily operations meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments of daily operational processes.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve issues identified during quality checks.
• Report assessment results and key performance metrics to management.
• Master operational workflows and benchmark best practices in customer protection.
• Support the Safer Gaming training team with targeted coaching.
• Contribute recommendations to improve the quality system and overall performance.

Required profile

• At least one proven successful experience in a relevant role.
• Strong analytical skills used to inform decision‑making.
• Obsession for quality, detail‑oriented, and able to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A good sense of humor, respect, kindness, love for sport and genuine passion for the profession.
