Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield

About the role

Sparteo, an AI-powered advertising technology company, is hiring a Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield. You will own the buy-side auction stack, including the proprietary Flashbid wrapper on Actirise properties, end-to-end. Your mission is to continuously optimise yield while guaranteeing auction reliability and a fully compliant demand chain, driving incremental revenue and cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Flashbid wrapper roadmap: integration, evolution and maintenance, and monitor auction latency and performance
• Manage publisher demand connections (GAM, external RTB, non-oRTB) and bidder settings (server-to-server and client-side), including whitelisting per property
• Drive Shield: detect and block unwanted ads and control their revenue impact
• Own throttling and yield algorithms (pressure regulation, dynamic floor prices, smart refresh, bid enrichment); partner with Data on AI-driven yield and run A/B tests on floor prices, bidder mix and throttling rules
• Own SCHAIN (ads.txt management and vendor list) and the collection, processing and transmission of consent signals (TCF, GPP)
• Work with DPO on consent quality, with PM Analytics on KPI tracking, and with Supply, Data and Engineering on the roadmap; act as the product voice for stakeholders and C-level

Required profile

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally on programmatic/header bidding, SSP or yield management products
• Proven experience optimising floor prices, throttling or bidder mix to drive incremental revenue
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable running A/B tests; SQL basics are a plus
• Fluent communication of technical trade-offs to Tech, Supply and C-level stakeholders

Required skills

• Header bidding, RTB/OpenRTB, GAM, S2S and client-side bidding, and the SSP/DSP ecosystem
• Familiarity with ads.txt/sellers.json, schain validation and consent frameworks (TCF, GPP)
• Understanding of auction latency, bid streams and wrapper architecture
