Senior Program Manager - Identity Solutions
TOPPAN Security · Paris
Job description
About the role
TOPPAN Security, the international development arm of the TOPPAN Group in the security domain, is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the delivery of complex customer programmes within its Identity Solutions business. The role combines programme delivery, contract coordination and strong customer-facing responsibility across secure credentials and technology solutions. It is a highly collaborative position with no direct line management.
Key responsibilities
- Own assigned programmes end-to-end and hold them accountable for delivery against contractual commitments.
- Manage programme dimensions such as scope, planning, financials, contracts, supply chain, quality, risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
- Translate customer and contractual requirements into delivery plans and coordinate internal teams, local partners, suppliers and third-party contractors.
- Coordinate technical deliverables across secure credentials, document personalisation and software / technology solutions.
- Build and lead cross-functional project core teams, driving delivery through influence rather than direct authority.
- Work with Legal, Sales and Finance on contract follow-up, supplier agreements, legal risk and back-to-back coverage.
- Act as a key customer interface by phone, in writing and on site, managing expectations and supporting programme reviews.
- Represent TOPPAN during deployment phases and coordinate or supervise TOPPAN resources on customer sites.
- Maintain concise programme reporting and escalate risks or issues at the right level.
- Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and potential add-on or new-business opportunities with commercial teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field.
- Around 7+ years of programme / project management experience owning complex, technically demanding programmes.
- Proven customer-facing experience, including expectation management and direct ownership of client relationships.
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in France.
- International travel and customer-site work are required, with roughly one trip every 1-2 months on average.
Required skills
- PMP Project Management certification, current and active.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle and a structured programme / project management framework.
- Risk, issue and change management, programme reporting and project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, specifications and international standards.
- Nice to have: telecoms, IT, networks, infrastructure or systems integration experience, and experience with eID, ePassport, passport or card technologies and relevant ISO standards.
