Key Lead – Store Floor Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

The Key Lead is the floor supervisor responsible for delivering a high‑quality in‑store experience for every customer. Working as part of the store leadership team in Rennes, the role combines coaching of Brand Representatives and Stock Associates with hands‑on operational duties to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, including cash handling and store readiness.
• Operate the register and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system for transactions and omni‑channel order fulfilment.
• Coach and develop Brand Reps and Stock Associates, providing guidance on product knowledge and brand standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and build attractive product displays.
• Analyse sales and operational reports to drive decision‑making and improve performance.
• Conduct inventory control and protect store assets through loss‑prevention measures.
• Represent the brand by exemplifying company culture and values in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering consistent brand experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic inventory management and loss‑prevention techniques.
• Ability to interpret sales reports and key performance indicators.
