Product Specialist – Paris

About the role

DentalMonitoring is looking for a Product Specialist to champion its AI‑powered remote monitoring solution in orthodontic practices. You will understand the value proposition, help practices improve workflow, and support clinical adoption across the Paris territory.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and key opinion leaders to identify growth objectives and challenges.
• Identify, acquire and nurture relationships with influential dental and orthodontic practices.
• Segment the territory, create strategic account plans and drive new‑business sales.
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, training events and local study clubs.
• Provide clinical support, develop practice‑specific orthodontic protocols and train customers on the platform.
• Collaborate with marketing on social media and targeted campaigns, and report activity in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience in orthodontic, dental or medical‑device markets.
• Proven ability to educate and support clinicians, either from a practice background or a medical‑device/clinical role.
• Strong consultative selling approach and ability to influence adoption of new technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Apple Mac operating environment.
