IT Support Officer

About the role

Sparteo, an AI-powered advertising technology company, is looking for an IT Support Officer based in Lille. The role ensures the operational efficiency of the company's technical environment and provides first-line support to teams worldwide, anticipating problems so that the company's pace of growth is never slowed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, maintenance and security of hardware (laptops, peripherals) and keep a complete, up-to-date inventory of devices across their lifecycle
• Monitor fleet health and MDM compliance, and handle onboarding and offboarding from a technical standpoint
• Manage software licensing and SaaS access (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and others), including account creation, deprovisioning and renewal tracking
• Support day-to-day employees through the ticketing tool (Jira Service Management), document resolutions and escalate recurring issues
• Act as the main point of contact for technical escalations and provide on-site support when needed
• Keep the internal knowledge base on Notion up to date with clear guides and self-help resources
• Implement IT automation to reduce manual support tasks and comply with security and data protection policies

Required profile

• Fluent English and French
• User-centric, pragmatic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working remotely, with offices in Paris, Lille and London

Required skills

• Strong hands-on macOS knowledge (the fleet is 100% Apple)
• Proven Jamf experience (MDM) for Mac fleet management
• Okta administration is a real plus
• Experience with a service desk tool such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow
• Demonstrable experience producing and maintaining structured documentation, including Notion
