Internal Communications Lead

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global leader in professional sound systems for live events, is looking for an Internal Communications Lead based in Massy. Reporting to the Global Director of Organization & Culture, you will shape the internal narrative that connects people to the company's mission, culture and ambitions, and act as a trusted partner to leaders and stakeholders on communication strategies that support business priorities and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the internal communications strategy, governance and editorial direction, assessing channels, practices and engagement levels to identify improvements
• Translate leadership vision and transformation initiatives into clear narratives for a global workforce
• Develop communication plans, campaigns and content, including executive and leadership messaging
• Support the consistency of employee-facing content on the Careers page, LinkedIn and other employer brand touchpoints
• Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimise channel performance
• Partner with senior leaders on communication strategies, change communication and engagement plans

Required profile

• Master's degree from a business school, accredited university or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in communications, marketing, corporate/internal communications or a related field
• Experience in a multicultural and international environment
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and advising on executive communications
• Strong understanding of organizational change and its communication support

• Ability to turn complex business topics into compelling narratives
• Strategic mindset, stakeholder influence and strong analytical skills
• Full professional proficiency in English and French; German is a plus
