Director of Product Marketing

About the role

L-Acoustics, the world leader in premium professional sound systems for live events, is looking for a Director of Product Marketing in Massy. The role develops and executes the product marketing vision for a portfolio of professional audio solutions, including loudspeakers, electronics, software platforms and associated services, acting as the bridge between product management, engineering, sales and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, value propositions and market segmentation
• Lead cross-functional launch planning and go-to-market strategies for new products, software releases and services
• Build, mentor and develop the product marketing team, setting goals, metrics and career paths
• Run competitive analysis and provide market intelligence to Product Management, Sales and Executive Management
• Develop sales enablement tools, training and content, and support regional sales teams, channel partners and distributors
• Guide product campaigns, thought leadership content, technical materials and digital initiatives, working with Corporate Marketing
• Define KPIs, analyse performance and profitability, and give regular business reviews to senior leadership
