Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global leader in professional sound systems for live events, is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist in Massy. Reporting to the Internal Communications Lead, you will help turn the company's strategy, culture and transformation ambitions into understandable stories and campaigns, working with leaders, project teams, HR stakeholders and communication experts.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the narrative: turn strategy, priorities and transformation into clear, consistent and engaging stories that connect employees to business goals and cultural aspirations.
• Enable transformation: support leaders and teams through change, provide them with tools and resources, identify engagement barriers and help build change journeys and new ways of working.
• Drive understanding and impact: track communication, engagement and adoption indicators, capture employee feedback and measure the results of initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Communications, IT and the business to make sure initiatives are executed successfully.

Required profile

• Able to combine strategic thinking, creativity, influence and execution.
• Background in Communications, Change Management, Business, Marketing or Brand Strategy.
• Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Eager to grow expertise in (internal) communications, employee engagement and organizational transformation.
