French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide remote support for a mobile phone rental service in France. You will handle inbound calls, answer user queries, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer support calls related to mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance in French and English.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while following internal guidelines.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s system.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) communication skills.
• Previous experience in inbound customer support.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 3–4 hours per day within 09:00‑18:00 CEST.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating systems.
• Basic hardware setup: wired internet, USB headset, and a computer meeting minimum specifications.
