About the role
MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive new‑business acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned territory. Based in Paris, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with technical and sales teams to deliver modern data solutions to enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Strategically prospect senior technical stakeholders such as CTOs, Engineering and IT leaders, and other technical end‑users.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships that generate growth opportunities.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementations.
- Collaborate with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal size and reach.
- Participate in sales enablement activities and internal training programs.
Required profile
- Hard‑working, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative for new‑business acquisition.
- Based in Paris and comfortable with a hybrid working model.
- Proven ability to engage senior technical decision‑makers.
