Customer Care Specialist – French Market

About the role

As a Customer Care Specialist for the French market at Amenitiz, you will be the primary point of contact for independent hoteliers and property owners using our hospitality management platform. You will help users resolve issues, build confidence in the product, and enable them to run their businesses more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via chat, phone, and email, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
• Guide customers through the platform, increasing product knowledge and reducing reliance on reactive support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to Product and Engineering when needed.
• Build strong relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term retention.
• Monitor feedback to identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to support processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to close the feedback loop.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new features and product updates to provide accurate guidance.

Required profile

• Native‑level French with strong written and spoken English; additional Spanish is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a customer‑facing role (chat, phone, or email support).
• Empathetic, attentive listener who can tailor communication to different customer profiles.
• Structured problem‑solver who remains calm under pressure.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple cases without loss of quality.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams.
