Front Desk Hospitality Agent

About the role

Sonder is seeking Front Desk Hospitality Agents to be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties in Nice. The role combines in‑person service with digital support, guiding guests through the tech‑enabled stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in/out, and promote the Sonder app and self‑service features.
• Communicate with guests in‑person and via digital channels, resolving issues and fulfilling requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front‑desk and back‑of‑house areas.
• Support housekeeping audits, inventory checks, minor maintenance, and technology issues as needed.
• Assist market leadership with administrative tasks and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• When applicable, set up and serve breakfast, adhering to HACCP standards.

Required profile

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer‑facing hospitality roles.
• Personable, service‑oriented, and positive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple desktop and mobile applications.
• Strong written communication skills.
