Purchasing Manager – Avionics Communication, Navigation & Surveillance

About the role

Join Airbus Commercial Aircraft’s Procurement team in Toulouse as a Purchasing Manager for Avionics Communication, Navigation and Surveillance systems. You will work within a multicultural group of 11 buyers handling an annual spend of around $500M, influencing cost, revenue and EBIT contributions across the aircraft lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts throughout the full product life‑cycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with suppliers in the US and Europe to accelerate innovation and deliver value‑added solutions.
• Develop end‑to‑end business solutions that directly impact Airbus cost, aftermarket revenue and overall profitability.
• Ensure timely, quality delivery of equipment and systems by enforcing contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within aerospace or high‑tech industries.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, highly engaged team.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
