Senior Internal Strategy Consultant – Corporate Strategy

About the role

Airbus Commercial is looking for a Senior Internal Strategy Consultant to join its Corporate Strategy department in Blagnac, France. The role will drive long‑term value creation by bridging corporate vision with divisional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead internal strategy projects, act as a centre of excellence for strategy, and orchestrate cross‑functional teams to align corporate and divisional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dynamic capital allocation frameworks to ensure investments align with strategic priorities.
• Perform yearly peer benchmarking of economic profit across Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters, and Defence & Space, analysing competitive dynamics to identify under‑performance or untapped potential.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting or industrial consulting.
• Deep understanding of the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem and ability to qualify M&A targets.
• Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and synthesize market trends into board‑ready recommendations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
