Programme Procurement New Development Manager – A320 Family

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Programme Procurement New Development Manager for the A320 Family Programme. You will join the New Development Procurement team in Toulouse, coordinating end‑to‑end procurement activities to ensure on‑time, on‑cost, and on‑quality delivery for key aircraft development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Procurement organisation to Programme teams and capture their needs.
• Act as the Procurement focal point for major development projects, aligning Programme requests with Procurement constraints.
• Collaborate continuously with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Industrial, Work Package Leaders) to track technical changes and schedules.
• Consolidate and monitor supplier road‑maps together with operational procurement and quality stakeholders.
• Present procurement and supplier progress at project progress meetings and maturity gate reviews.

Required profile

• Academic background in Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven professional experience within a Procurement organisation.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Technical interest or affinity for aircraft systems.
• Fluent negotiation level English (mandatory); French is a plus.
