About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Transversal Quality Coordinator to join the Quality Products & Lines department at the Saint‑Éloi plant in Toulouse. You will support the development and production of engine pylons for all Airbus programmes, ensuring operational, human and financial performance across key technical pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an internal team of 5 quality professionals.
• Coordinate performance of 5 external subcontractors (PRM/TRM) through KPI monitoring, action plans and deliverables.
• Manage documentary compliance and contractual quality assurance (QAP, FDA, MyCSL, PDP).
• Estimate workload for new projects and pilot industrial budgeting for the metrology scope.
• Deploy EN.OS.02 process requirements in direct support of production lines.
• Support the application of the FU.IN.03.05 standard.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality coordination within an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external partners.
• Strong understanding of documentation compliance and contractual quality requirements.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control for technical projects.
