About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Support Experts to join a leading technology company in Greece. In this position you will assist French‑speaking clients through phone, email and chat, helping them resolve technical issues and answer product queries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service to French‑speaking users via multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, deliver product information and process service requests.
- Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex cases and improve satisfaction.
- Stay up‑to‑date with new technology trends, company products and policies.
- Offer feedback for continuous improvement of support processes.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
