World Wide Retail Operations Projects Manager

About the role

Saint Laurent is looking for a World‑Wide Retail Operations Projects Manager to join its Retail Excellence team in Paris. Reporting to the WW Retail Operations Director, you will lead cross‑functional projects that enhance store performance, operational efficiency and the overall customer and employee experience across the global network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate worldwide retail operational initiatives such as traffic counting, Make‑to‑Order (MTO) processes and Back‑of‑House operations.
• Define, standardise and deploy operational processes, tools and best practices across all regions.
• Support the rollout of new operational systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability and adoption by field teams.
• Monitor execution at regional and store level, perform gap analysis against brand standards and drive corrective action plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational documentation, guidelines and procedures.
• Act as the central liaison between regional teams, HQ functions (IT, Store Design, Legal, Compliance, Merchandising, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain) and Group corporate departments.
• Gather continuous feedback from regions to improve tools, processes and project governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations or project management within a global luxury or fashion environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to align cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
