VP/Director Institutional Sales – Financial Products (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to head Institutional Sales for our Financial Products division across France and the wider EMEA region. Reporting to senior management, you will drive the growth of our Institutional Solutions offering, building relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, pension funds and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sales coverage for institutional clients in France and across EMEA.
• Generate revenue from existing accounts while creating a pipeline of new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams – Credit, Compliance, Legal, On‑boarding, Operations, Trading and Risk – to ensure compliant client interactions.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Analyse market trends and product performance to develop strategies that increase P&L.
• Contribute to the design of new frameworks and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in institutional sales within financial services or commodity markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of expanding client bases.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
