Technical Project Manager

About the role

Penta Consulting is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead its cloud delivery team across EMEA. The role blends deep technical expertise in the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem with structured program governance to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery and measurable customer impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority, providing architectural guidance, best‑practice validation, and delivery assurance across Azure, security, AI, and modern workplace solutions.
• Maintain operational cadence through bi‑weekly syncs, quarterly business reviews, and full‑lifecycle governance of kick‑offs, milestones, deliverables, and close‑outs.
• Partner with resource and delivery managers to plan workload, manage capacity, and monitor key operational KPIs.
• Represent the team in regional forums and stakeholder reviews, ensuring engagement readiness, compliance, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Identify systemic risks and work with leadership to implement process improvements.
• Contribute feedback to improve delivery IP, automation, and tooling, bringing field insights into the wider organisation.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, including Azure architecture and modern workplace technologies.
• Proven track record guiding teams through complex cloud transformations and validating solution designs.
• Strong ability to enforce delivery excellence aligned with industry and Microsoft best‑practice frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration skills with SMEs, content owners, and cross‑functional groups.
