Consulting Engineer

About the role

The Consulting Engineer partners with Sales and cross‑functional teams to drive revenue by providing deep technical expertise on Apple and Android enterprise solutions. You will design, architect, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that extend Jamf’s platform beyond device management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for complex sales opportunities, guiding customers through solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and industry partners to create integrated enterprise offerings.
• Provide escalation support for Sales Engineers on strategic deals requiring advanced architecture.
• Stay current on Apple, Android, identity management, and security technologies to advise customers on emerging threats.
• Develop automation frameworks, API integrations, and custom configurations to meet unique customer requirements.

Required profile

• Strong background in Apple ecosystem and Android device management.
• Deep understanding of endpoint protection, identity management, and network security concepts.
• Experience designing zero‑trust architectures and cross‑platform security frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
