About the role

Roche is looking for a Service & Maintenance Engineer to install, maintain, and upgrade diagnostic equipment for clients across its portfolio. The role is based in Paris and involves on‑site work at customer locations.

Key responsibilities

Lead installation, pre‑installation, technical validation and hand‑over of equipment.
Ensure continuous service through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
Perform software and hardware upgrades (retrofits) and equipment de‑installations.
Provide accurate activity reporting in line with QSE standards.
Continuously update technical knowledge.

Required profile

Strong customer orientation with excellent relational skills.
Adaptability and a keen sense of service.
Proven problem‑solving abilities using appropriate tools and techniques.
Operational technical English.
