About the role
Roche is looking for a Service & Maintenance Engineer to install, maintain, and upgrade diagnostic equipment for clients across its portfolio. The role is based in Paris and involves on‑site work at customer locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead installation, pre‑installation, technical validation and hand‑over of equipment.
- Ensure continuous service through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Perform software and hardware upgrades (retrofits) and equipment de‑installations.
- Provide accurate activity reporting in line with QSE standards.
- Continuously update technical knowledge.
Required profile
- Strong customer orientation with excellent relational skills.
- Adaptability and a keen sense of service.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Operational technical English.
