Senior System & Network Engineer

About the role

Signaturit Group, a Namirial company and a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) under the eIDAS Regulation, is looking for a Senior System & Network Engineer in its infrastructure team in Puteaux. The engineer joins a team with a product mindset that builds, scales and runs an internal developer platform, unifying legacy environments with modern cloud-native architectures so that development teams can deploy and scale applications easily. This is a Build & Run role where infrastructure is treated as software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve the internal developer platform, bridging legacy environments and modern cloud-native architectures, and unify fragmented platforms to speed up the integration of future acquisitions.
• Treat the platform as a product, focusing on developer experience, usability, automation and self-service.
• Drive the move to full Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible, and manage containerized workloads on Docker Swarm and Kubernetes alongside hybrid virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix) and bare-metal servers.
• Own the end-to-end operation of the platform, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery readiness and business continuity.
• Implement observability with metrics, logs and tracing via Datadog and Zabbix.
• Embed security and compliance into the platform, including alignment with ETSI EN 319 401, to protect the Certificate and Time Stamping Authorities.

Required profile

• Master's degree in IT, Networks or Systems.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering across hybrid architectures (VMs, containers, physical servers).
• Solid, battle-tested fundamentals in Linux (Debian internals) and networking.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• A product mindset: seeing infrastructure as software and wanting to build self-service, API-driven tools rather than ticket-based operations.
• Enjoy working closely with developers and solving problems proactively.
