Senior Director, Brand Marketing – Europe

About the role

Match Group is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to lead brand strategy and execution across its Europe Emerging & Evergreen portfolio. Based in Paris, the role focuses on key brands such as Meetic and OurTime/DisonsDemain, translating business objectives into compelling brand narratives and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own annual marketing plans for priority European markets, aligning brand and commercial goals.
• Define regional priorities, investment decisions, and operating plans that support brand health and performance.
• Partner with global and cross‑regional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning while respecting local nuances.
• Shape brand positioning, narratives, and integrated campaign strategies for assigned brands.
• Lead the creation, launch, optimization, and learning phases of multi‑channel campaigns.
• Manage an internal creative team, maintaining high creative standards and brand stewardship.
• Monitor brand health metrics and connect brand investment to business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior brand marketer with 360° experience from insight through execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth in European consumer markets.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Leadership experience managing creative teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Track record of linking brand initiatives to measurable commercial results.
