Customer Success Partner (EMEA)

About the role

CreatorIQ is seeking a Customer Success Partner to act as a strategic advisor for enterprise customers across Europe, helping them achieve business outcomes through creator and influencer marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of complex enterprise customers, aligning platform capabilities to business goals.
• Drive platform adoption, conduct success planning, business reviews, roadmap discussions and in‑person meetings.
• Own customer health and retention, proactively identifying risk and coordinating action plans.
• Maintain strategic account plans capturing goals, stakeholders, adoption opportunities, risks and growth.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Implementation, Services, Support and Product teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a strategic, enterprise‑facing role within creator/influencer marketing, martech, agency or SaaS.
• Experience supporting large brands, preferably in beauty, fashion or luxury.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, retention goals and customer advocacy metrics.
• Fluent in French with strong professional English; additional European languages a plus.
• Based in Paris or commuting distance, willing to travel regularly across Europe.
