Media Partnerships Lead

About the role

Electrify is seeking a charismatic, fast‑paced Media Partnerships Lead to own the end‑to‑end media sponsorship sales cycle for The Rundown, its AI‑focused newsletter and media platform. You will work with new and existing advertisers to craft campaigns that align with their goals and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, close, and build relationships with brand partners.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective partners.
• Evaluate partnership performance, analyze data, and identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years in media sponsorship or partnership sales (newsletter, podcast, social or other media).
• Proven track record of high‑value partnerships and long‑term client relationships.
• Data‑driven with experience analyzing performance and optimizing ROI.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment and is curious about AI tools.
• Strong communicator who excels at pitching, presenting, and managing relationships.
