Ad Creative Video Editor

About the role

Electrify is looking for a sharp, creative, and fast‑paced video editor to own the end‑to‑end editing process for paid social campaigns. You will turn creative briefs into high‑converting video ads for Meta platforms while continuously generating new concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Cut video ads from brief to launch‑ready creative across styles ranging from lo‑fi UGC to polished high‑production ads.
• Develop and ship multiple creative concepts each week, including alternate hooks, CTAs, and length variations for testing.
• Design and animate motion graphics such as callouts, lower thirds, UI mockups, product demos, transitions, and end cards.
• Evaluate performance of each creative, using campaign insights to improve future edits and identify winning trends.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist, Head of Growth, and other teams to ensure creative concepts align with campaign goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in direct‑response, paid social, or performance‑marketing creative.
• Proven track record of creating short‑form vertical video ads for Meta platforms with a strong portfolio.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain well‑structured asset libraries.
• Full‑time availability with an “all‑in” mentality.
