Growth Operations & Automation Specialist

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a Growth Operations & Automation Specialist to strengthen its growth engine by automating prospect data handling and supporting AI adoption across Marketing and Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation workflows using n8n, including prospect scraping, enrichment, scoring and activation.
• Connect the data warehouse with Salesforce, identify CRM bottlenecks and replace manual processes with automated solutions.
• Improve prospect database quality, build tools for lead generation, and monitor impact on conversion and efficiency.
• Identify AI use cases, create agents and reusable workflows, and support teams through training and documentation.
• Integrate and optimise tools such as Modjo, Dust, Livestorm and ensure GDPR, CNIL and security compliance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops or Revenue Ops, preferably in a B2B SaaS scale‑up.
• Proven record of delivering impactful automation projects and strong project‑management skills.
• Autonomous, curious and ownership‑mindset with excellent communication abilities.
