Team Lead Website

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a Team Lead Website to head a multidisciplinary squad that drives conversion on its high‑traffic site. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will ensure the website’s speed, quality and business impact while scaling experimentation and AI‑enabled processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Website squad, setting roles, objectives and rituals, and recruiting additional talent as needed.
• Define, prioritize and execute initiatives that boost demo bookings and self‑sign‑ups, monitoring conversion KPIs.
• Scale A/B testing, ensuring statistical rigor and turning experiments into consistent performance drivers.
• Deliver strategic projects such as brand redesigns, new product launch journeys and international expansion preparation.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain website performance, reliability, security and data quality.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in growth, conversion or product roles, including people‑management.
• Proven track record of measurable conversion improvements on high‑traffic websites.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent English and experience in B2B SaaS or fast‑growing e‑commerce environments.
