Sales Manager – North France Region

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead commercial activities across North France, covering Île‑de‑France, Hauts‑de‑France, Normandy, Brittany and Pays de la Loire. Reporting to national leadership, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full accountability for regional commercial performance, including sales targets, market share growth and strategic territory planning.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of six direct reports (Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists) to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision‑makers, home‑care providers, patient associations and advocacy groups.
• Represent Tandem at industry events, professional forums and customer sites.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to leverage competitive intelligence, identify market opportunities and provide performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations and ethical standards while championing a patient‑centric mindset.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in the medical‑device or healthcare sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Ability to drive results through coaching, performance management and continuous learning.
