BPO Sales Manager, Network Acquisition & Optimisation

About the role

Vinted Go is expanding its acquisition network through outsourced BPO partners across Europe. The BPO Sales Manager will own the end‑to‑end relationship with these agencies, turning a fragmented vendor landscape into a high‑performing, well‑governed extension of the acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, day‑to‑day operations, escalations and off‑boarding of all BPO/agency partners across multiple countries.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for BPO performance, consolidating oversight and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements and commercial terms with agencies.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new BPO partners as Vinted Go enters new markets.
• Design and implement a standardized operating framework, including reporting cadences, weekly and monthly business reviews, and clear escalation paths.
• Define, track and report KPIs and SLAs such as quality, productivity, conversion and adherence.
• Build and maintain real‑time dashboards to provide visibility into agency performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vendor or BPO management within a fast‑growing, data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader sales and acquisition strategies.
