Sales Manager (15+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with at least 15 years of industry experience to lead our local market operations. You will be responsible for driving growth, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage budgets, conduct financial reporting, and ensure fiscal targets are met.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the local sales team.
• Increase promotion and sales of our products and services in the local market.
• Ensure compliance with local legal regulations and internal policies.
• Report regularly to headquarters and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and customers.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and budget management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the local market and relevant sector experience.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Joint sector experience with the Turalı Group.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience.
