Retail Industry Sales Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Retail Industry Sales Manager to lead sales activities for the retail sector in the Île‑de‑France region. You will be responsible for expanding Huawei’s ICT portfolio among retail customers and acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and develop new retail accounts across the region.
• Promote Huawei’s ICT solutions to retail customers in partnership with ecosystem partners.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Bridge customer needs with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of the retail industry, its trends, challenges and key stakeholders.
• Proven experience in the ICT industry, including knowledge of ICT solutions and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with channel sales activities and ecosystem partnerships.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the retail or ICT sector.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including large ICT infrastructure deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship management abilities.
