Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will engage with customers in French and English, providing friendly assistance through chat, email, and phone, and helping them resolve technical or order-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Share feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
