Regional People & Culture Manager – France

About the role

Join Awin’s People & Culture team as a Regional P&C Manager, supporting employees and managers across France. You will act as the main contract point, build trusted relationships and solve problems with a data‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding for diverse roles.
• Manage the full P&C administration in France, including contracts, amendments, absences, benefits and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, EU Pay Transparency Directive and French Works Council matters.
• Drive P&C strategy and processes, building strong relationships with business areas and managers.
• Handle employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, performance management, exits and sick leave.
• Provide guidance on policies, processes and employment law, and train managers on employee relations.
• Manage local recruitment processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Awin Talent team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR/People & Culture role, preferably in an international environment.
• Good understanding of French employment legislation and experience with employee relations.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with strong organisational skills.
• Passion for people and enjoyment of working in a people‑focused function.
