About the role

Gorgias is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple business and operational functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hires quickly, while supporting senior recruiters on technical and leadership searches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5‑10 concurrent requisitions from intake to offer closure.
• Conduct structured intake meetings to define success profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, inbound pipelines, and creative outbound outreach.
• Perform high‑signal phone screens aligned with defined competencies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and drive efficient decision‑making.
• Support senior searches through talent mapping, research, and shortlisting.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date pipelines in the Ashby ATS.
• Identify bottlenecks early and implement corrective actions.
• Lead offer processes and maximize acceptance rates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring metrics and processes.

Required profile

• Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering hires in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative talent acquisition team.
• Detail‑oriented with a data‑driven mindset for measuring success.
