Partner – Recruitment Practice Lead (Remote)

About the role

As a Partner you will own an end‑to‑end recruitment practice, from winning new clients to delivering successful hires. You will leverage your network, credibility and commercial instincts to build a profitable book of business and lead delivery personally or through a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue and P&L for your practice, function, or geography.
• Win new clients – founders, executives, hiring leaders – by leveraging your existing network and credibility.
• Grow existing accounts into long‑term, repeat partnerships with TechTree.
• Set commercial terms, pricing, and proposals for the deals you bring in.
• Act as a senior advisor to owners, C‑level executives, investors and founders on hiring strategy and market conditions.
• Lead delivery on your projects and maintain a high quality bar across every search.
• Close deals and hires, owning the revenue on what you sign and deliver.
• Build and eventually manage your own practice team as your book of business expands.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning and growing client relationships, preferably with P&L or practice‑ownership experience.
• Established, credible network among founders, executives or industry leaders in your function or geography.
• Experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting or another senior client‑facing/commercial role.
• Comfortable setting commercial terms and negotiating directly with owners and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong delivery instincts – able to run or oversee a search to a high standard.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – desire to build and own a practice rather than just execute mandates.
• Backgrounds such as Executive Search Partner, Recruitment Agency Owner/Director, Senior Business Development leader in recruitment or professional services, or industry operator/ex‑founder are a plus.
