Talent Strategist – Remote

About the role

TechTree is looking for a Talent Strategist to own end‑to‑end hiring success for its startup and scale‑up clients. You will act as the trusted point of contact, guiding each search from kickoff through a signed offer while keeping clients, candidates and internal sourcing teams aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients, serving as the main contact for each search.
• Own candidate pipelines, lead the full hiring process and maintain a high quality bar at every stage.
• Run calibration calls, translate feedback into hiring scorecards and keep documentation client‑ready.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops and stakeholder alignment to avoid stalls.
• Close projects, deliver hires and own the success fee for every placement.

Required profile

• Proven experience running full‑cycle recruitment processes, preferably in agency or in‑house settings.
• Track record of managing client relationships and leading calibration/scorecard conversations.
• Strong pipeline management and process discipline with a focus on quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging founders and C‑level stakeholders.
• High ownership mentality, treating each project as your own.
