About the role
Join Huawei's Delivery Management Department as a Project Control Manager Assistant intern. You will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
- Perform risk management, maintain comprehensive documentation, and report status to management.
- Interact with clients to gather requirements, clarify briefs, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Master's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunication).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and multitasking capability.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Familiarity with project management concepts; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
