Presales Engineer Assistant Internship

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Presales Engineer Assistant to support its Marketing Solution Sales Department. This internship offers hands‑on experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, and network equipment testing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist presales engineers in preparing and delivering product demonstrations.
• Explain technical features to clients in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Support basic troubleshooting and setup of routers, switches, and firewalls in lab environments.
• Collaborate with internal sales, engineering teams and external partners to track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Research emerging technologies and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a STEM field or Business School.
• Strong interest in technical B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
• Ability to work in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and networks.
• Basic knowledge of SMB IT environments.
• Familiarity with routers, switches and firewalls.
