Product Owner (H/F)

About the role

A2MAC1, a global provider of automotive benchmarking and data analytics, is looking for a skilled, customer-focused Product Owner to join its Product Management team in Hary, France. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers and engineering teams, turning product priorities into clear requirements. It is an on-site position reporting directly to the Product Manager / CPO.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and clarify business and user requirements with the Product Manager, internal stakeholders and customers.
• Turn requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items.
• Estimate scope, complexity, dependencies and effort together with the development team.
• Prioritise features with the Product Manager based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility and roadmap goals.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, keeping it structured, up to date and aligned with product strategy.
• Act as main contact for product questions, giving updates on scope, priorities, progress, risks and trade-offs.
• Support delivery of product increments and validate delivered features against acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives.
• Work with the support team on product documentation and contribute to release notes, enablement and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Agile software delivery and Scrum environments.
• Tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro or Power BI.
• Technical understanding of software platforms, APIs, integrations, cloud environments and data flows.
• Nice to have: B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data products or analytics experience, automotive or engineering domain knowledge, international experience.
