People Business Partner – EMEA

About the role

As the People Business Partner for EMEA, you will translate Acne Studios’ People strategy into locally relevant initiatives that drive performance and long‑term growth across the region. Based in the Paris office, you will work closely with European leaders and the global People team to build high‑performing, inclusive, and engaged teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted People Business Partner to senior leaders across Paris and EMEA, supporting effective leadership and sound people decisions.
• Deliver regional People processes and cycles (performance, rewards, talent, succession, engagement) with consistency and quality.
• Coach and advise leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, change management, leadership behaviour, and team development.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance with French labour law, internal policies, and ethical standards.
• Support regional talent priorities, partnering with Talent Acquisition on critical hires, onboarding, and retention.
• Represent the EMEA/Paris organisation in global People initiatives, providing regional insights and ensuring strong local implementation.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, feedback, and continuous development.
