职位概况

负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，向总经理汇报，参与公司战略决策，推动组织发展。

主要职责

统筹人力资源部工作，受总经理领导并受人力资源中心统一管理。
依据公司发展战略制定人力资源规划，参与飞机工业经营管理与决策。
建立、修订并完善人力资源体系和制度，满足各阶段发展需求。
制定部门工作计划并进行有效监控。
加强团队建设，提升业务技能，选拔培养高潜力员工。
通过企业文化建设和内部沟通引导员工积极行为。
组织招聘、入职培训、职业生涯规划等，提升员工敬业度与满意度。
完善组织架构、职位职级、薪酬体系，实现人力资源模块规范化。
提出人力资源机构设置与人员配置方案，组织培训与考核。
带领团队，支持员工培训，建设后备人才。

任职要求

统招本科及以上学历。
10年以上人力资源工作经验，具备大型企业或航空工业背景优先。
熟悉人力资源全模块运作，具备战略规划能力。
英语和普通话流利。
