About the role

The position will lead you to actively contribute to the commercial development of a temporary work agency based in Marseille. The agency is part of a dynamic, human‑size group operating between Monaco and Marseille, with fewer than ten locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by acquiring new client accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring high service quality and compliance with labour regulations.
• Manage and motivate a team of recruiters and consultants to meet placement targets.
• Monitor market trends in temporary staffing and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a staffing or temporary work agency.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of the French labour market and temporary employment regulations.
