Office & Guest Ambassador

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global leader in professional sound systems for live events, is looking for an Office & Guest Ambassador based in its Massy office. You will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with external partners and clients while being a trusted collaborator in the office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reception: welcome guests, answer and transfer calls, manage welcome signs and screen visuals, handle post and package distribution and shipping, and keep offices and communal spaces clean and maintained
• Act as point of contact for building maintenance requests and coordinate taxi service requests
• Inventory control of kitchen and office supplies
• Events management: identify and implement in-house caterers, support in-house events (setup, ordering, hosting, breakdown), organise staff and visitor lunches, and build restaurant networks for professional meals
• Coordinate fleet vehicles and provide travel coordination backup

• Fluent in English and French

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Office suite and SharePoint
