National & International Admissions Officer

About the role

Global University Systems (GUS), an international network of higher education institutions, is hiring a National & International Admissions Officer in Troyes on a full-time, permanent basis with a hybrid arrangement. The role helps define the sales strategy and recruit students for Y SCHOOLS, while also prospecting for companies and maintaining relationships with them for work-study students.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and manage promotional operations in France and internationally to optimise recruitment, and analyse their impact
• Carry out commercial actions that foster recruitment and retention of French and international students
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and candidates, meeting, informing, persuading and reassuring them, and ensuring follow-up
• Take part in internal and external events, representing Y SCHOOLS, welcoming prospects, leading activities within the school and monitoring admission exams
• Ensure the successful integration of fee-paying international students
• Monitor sales indicators and conduct competitive intelligence
• Advise international students on visa, immigration and compliance requirements where applicable
• Update tracking databases and the CRM, and provide regular reports on activity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Tourism or Hospitality; similar experience preferred
• Knowledge of corporate work-study legislation
• An affinity for the tourism sector
• Full driving licence (Category B) and ability to travel within France and occasionally abroad
• Working knowledge of English is a plus
